A product ordered on diavita.com can be returned within 30 days of the product's delivery to the buyer.
In order to arrange the return you have to:
- Write a request prepared in any format asking for return/exchange indicating the reason for it, bank details for refund, full name, passport details of the buyer (number and series of the document, date of issue, and issuing authority), buyer's date of birth, number and date of the order, and the date when the order was delivered.
- Collect all itmes to be sent including:
- Unused product placed in the original package without any sign of being previously opened;
- Signed Return request;
- A receipt.*
- Send the product using any delivery mode (acceptable delivery options can be found below);
- Wait for an SMS notification confirming that the product was delivered to the warehouse. The refund will be made within 10 days of the shipment's arrival at the warehouse;
- If the return is made by the buyer's representative and the Return request contains bank (or other) details (for the purpose of refund) of the buyer, the representative shall produce a proper notary certified letter of attorney. If the representative is found unable to do so, the returning product will not be accepted;
- If the return of the product is made by the buyer's representative and the Return request contains bank (or other) details (for the purpose of refund) of the buyer's representative then the refund will be paid basing on these bank details. Letter of attorney is not required in this instance.
*You have the right to return the product without enclosing a receipt. We will do our best to identify the product and make the refund. However, the Company reserves the right to ask for additional evidence confirming that the product was purchased at the Company's online store. If the buyer fails to produce such evidence the Company will reject the refund.
