Description of phase 1
The first phase is one of the most important steps towards your goals! Its main task is to cleanse your body and help you reduce water and toxin retention. At this stage, you’ll understand how to balance your diet and include the required amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

During the first 16 days, try to exclude products that cause water retention and bloating. Teach your body to work correctly:

  • Gluten
  • Soy
  • Refined Sugar
  • Sweeteners (excluding Stevia)
  • Cereals (only on RESET phase)
  • Carbonated drinks (regular and dietary)
  • Alcohol
  • Coffee and Tea (Decaffeinated herbal tea is allowed)
Tip: Drink at least 2-3 liters of water to allow slags and toxins to leave your body safely, and to avoid additional fluid retention. In the event of headaches, you can afford no more than 1 cup of coffee or herbal tea in the morning. It is also recommended to refrain from doing sports during the first phase, so as not to create extra load to your body during the cleansing period. If you can’t live without sports, then moderate cardio trainings (walking or playing tennis) are possible.

Description of phase 2
In terms of phase two, we suggest that you focus on modeling your body. Here, along with a balanced diet and Vita Energy, it is recommended to include a Diavita herbs&superfoods complex - Vita liquid tea. Exercises will also play an important role. We recommend at least 2 strength training exercises combined with 1-2 high-intensity cardio workouts per week.

For the next 16 days, we recommend that you keep to a healthy diet and burn calories with the help of exercises listed below. Try to eat every 3-4 hours, reducing your usual portions by half.

Diversify your eating habits (miscellaneous)

Diversify your menu by adding a weekly cheat meal. Try to have your cheat meal no later than 4-5 PM, leave time for your body to process all the fast carbohydrates and fats before going to bed. Eat after exercising. After an intense workout, your metabolism is boosted, and the food will be processed more intensively. Note that your cheat meal should not exceed 1000-1500 calories.

Natural Sweetener: stevia

Seasoning: vinegar (balsamic, red wine). Extracts (almond, vanilla) + barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, Himalayan pink salt (use sparingly)
